Paulina Guzman, LMT
Paulina specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, sports massage, and acupressure. "With a background in sports, injury was a constant battle. Massage therapy became a weekly routine, it was the only thing that kept the pain at a minimum. I believe that getting a massage on a regular basis will not only relieve aches and pains, but it will relax the mind as well.
We wear out our body everyday by doing the simple things like texting, driving, walking, and most importantly with the way we sleep. Being aware of our body's positioning and receiving maintenance will not only allow you to physically be more comfortable in your everyday life but you'll notice your mind more at ease and the stress you had will fizzle away."
